Returns & Refunds

At By Bloc, every piece is individually handcrafted on the Gold Coast using carefully selected ceramic tiles and premium materials.

Because each item is made by hand, every table is unique. Natural variations are an expected and celebrated part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Handmade Characteristics

As each piece is individually handcrafted, you may notice slight variations including:

  • Natural differences in tile colour and tone
  • Slight variation in tile dimensions
  • Minor differences in grout texture or finish
  • Small variations in spacing or alignment
  • Tiny surface imperfections that occur during the handmade process

These characteristics are what make every By Bloc piece one of a kind and should be embraced as part of the product's unique character.

Product photography is intended as a guide only. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and the natural variation of handmade materials.

Made to Order

Every By Bloc piece is made to order.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

During busy periods or limited collection releases, production times may vary slightly. If this occurs, we'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Change of Mind

As every piece is handcrafted specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to change of mind.

Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged During Delivery

We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our studio.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing bybloc.gc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of the damage

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Manufacturing Faults

If you believe your piece has a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where a fault is confirmed, we'll repair, replace or provide another suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that the handmade characteristics listed above are not considered manufacturing faults.
